Before Opening Your Package

  • Customers are strongly advised to record a clear video while unboxing the package.
  • This video acts as valid proof in case the product is damaged during transit.
  • No replacement or refund will be accepted without an unboxing video.
  • Share the video and issue details with us at anuviafashion@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product.

Replacement, Exchange & Refund Terms

We offer replacement, refund, or exchange only under the following conditions:

  • ✅ The product is damaged during transit.
  • ✅ The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • ✅ A valid unboxing video is provided.
  • ✅ The damaged item is returned intact to the address provided by us.
  • ✅ A replacement will be issued if the same product is available.
  • ✅ If unavailable, a refund will be processed.
  • ❌ We do not accept returns for size issues, change of mind, or delivery delays.

Cancellations & Modifications

  • Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged for a different product.
  • If an item in your order cannot be processed:
  • You may choose a replacement of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid), or
  • A refund will be issued for that specific item.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method, unless otherwise discussed.
  • Timeline may vary depending on issue type and return confirmation.
