We currently ship to all locations across India using trusted, registered domestic courier services.
Free Shipping
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
- Orders below ₹499 will have a shipping charge, calculated at checkout.
Delivery Timeline
- Orders are shipped within 5–15 working days after confirmation.
- We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier availability.
Note: Anuvia is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address,
- Unavailability of the recipient,
- Refusal to accept the parcel,
We will contact you to arrange a redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for a second attempt.
