Before Opening Your Package
- Customers are strongly advised to record a clear video while unboxing the package.
- This video acts as valid proof in case the product is damaged during transit.
- No replacement or refund will be accepted without an unboxing video.
- Share the video and issue details with us at anuviafashion@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product.
Replacement, Exchange & Refund Terms
We offer replacement, refund, or exchange only under the following conditions:
- ✅ The product is damaged during transit.
- ✅ The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery.
- ✅ A valid unboxing video is provided.
- ✅ The damaged item is returned intact to the address provided by us.
- ✅ A replacement will be issued if the same product is available.
- ✅ If unavailable, a refund will be processed.
- ❌ We do not accept returns for size issues, change of mind, or delivery delays.
Cancellations & Modifications
- Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged for a different product.
- If an item in your order cannot be processed:
- You may choose a replacement of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid), or
- A refund will be issued for that specific item.
Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method, unless otherwise discussed.
- Timeline may vary depending on issue type and return confirmation.
