Can I replace or exchange the product if I don't like it?
Replacements or exchanges are only applicable in case of damaged items. An unboxing video is mandatory as proof. The item must be returned to the address we provide, and once received, we will ship the replacement.
Note: Minor issues like stones coming off will not be considered damage, as they can be easily fixed.
Is an unboxing video required?
Yes, a complete package opening video (without cuts or edits) is required in case of missing items. This helps us verify and process your concern quickly.
What happens if the package is returned?
If a package is returned to us due to customer unavailability or unreachable contact number during delivery, reshipping charges will apply. How long does delivery take? Do you offer express shipping?
Delivery takes approximately 5 to 15 working days within India. Please note that courier delays are beyond our control and not counted in the timeline.
Express shipping is not available. Kindly ensure a valid Indian phone number is provided.
Can I cancel my order?
No, cancellations are not allowed once the order has been placed.
Does the jewellery come with a back rope?
Yes, all jewellery comes with a back rope. Additionally, you can purchase a back chain separately on our website.
